Rock And More Radio Privacy Policy

        1. Service
        Rock And More Radio (named RMR from now on in this Privacy Policy) is a nonprofit entity, and is committed to provide free entertainment services, such as internet radio streams, various news, and other types of content, which is subject to be changed at any time. RMR provided services can be updated at sole RMR discretion.
        RMR respects the privacy concerns of users accessing the provided services, and does not ask any user to disclose any personal information for them to participate in a particular activity.
        RMR offers service via various means, including but not limited to: website pages, audio streams, desktop and mobile applications, recommendations for usage in well-known applications, integration with third party web or social platforms and services. These are offered as a convenience for the users and might have their own terms of service, EULAs, privacy policy and terms of use.

        2. Third party
        While RMR itself does not ask for any personal informations, it might be integrated into third party services, offering installation programs for certain devices, browsers, third party application or websites. Such integrations are not under the direct control of RMR and might ask, collect or use personal informations for their purposes. RMR does not interfere, nor have control over such possible actions and recommends you to consult these respective third party services privacy policies. If there are restrictions imposed by these third parties, including but not limited to age limitations, parental consent, legal, or any other kind, RMR recommends you to consult these respective third party restrictions.
        RMR does offer this document as its own privacy policy for the users, but it does not make any assumptions on third party privacy policies.

        3. Informations we collect
        We log IP addresses to collect statistics of user visits for various statistics and RMR services needs, use cookies prevent abuse of our websites, statistic purposes, and location informations for statistical and services usage.
        RMR services use does not require, nor collect user names, logins, email addresses or any personally identifiable informations of any kind, and is not storing such informations except IP address. There is no personal data directly asked, stored, processed or otherwise handled directly by RMR. If you choose to use RMR services via third party means, those means might associate personal information with RMR services on the respective third party platforms. Even in this case, RNR does not collect such data on storage under direct RMR control.

4. How we use the information
Personal data collected from integration with third party services, if any, is not disclosed by RMR to anyone else. If the user chooses to perform public actions, including (but not limited to) actions such as: Like, Share, Embed, or any other action that user already consented to, we might display such user actions; for example, if the user clicks “Like” on one a RMR social website page, the respective page can display “The user John Doe likes page X”. RMR may consult such data for service purposes, including but not limited to statistics and terms of use compliance. RMR does not store such data physically on any or its storage means under RMR direct control, and is committed to avoid any usage except for internal statistical purposes.

5. Control over your information and data deletion
RNR takes seriously your privacy. We want you to have control over the infomation you give us, the information we use, and the information we keep. These are the tools we provide you to control your information:

Download my data We can provide the information you give to us if you contacted RMR by email – which is the only form of direct communication under RMR control – in the form of retrieving and archiving the email messages you sent to us, and providing you with the archive in .zip or equivalent format. For the information under the control of other parties, such as messaging, conversations, posts and similar you should use the respective platforms privacy tools to download your data.
For the informations resulting from the use of the service, including but not limited to posts, comments, upvotes/downvotes etc. you should should use the respective platforms privacy tools to download your data.
For the informations we automatically collect from the use of the service, including but not limited to IP Address, User Agent (which indicates how did you consumed the content – desktop, mobile browser, mobile application), date and time when you accessed our service you should contact us at privacy@rocknowradio.ro and follow the procedure specified below.
Remove permissions and/or applications If you accessed RMR services using applications or integration with third parties, such as social network applications, you can remove permissions for those applications, or remove applications entirely from your device, social network or whatever the environment of application is. In order to achieve this, you should should use the respective devices or platforms’ settings to remove the rights, permissions or the entire applications if you choose to do so. RMR is not collection personal data regarding such removals of permissions or applications, getting only the total number of the active users at any given time.
Delete my data We can delete the information you give to us if you contacted RMR by email – which is the only form of direct communication under RMR control – in the form of deletion of all the email messages you sent to us. For the information under the control of other parties, such as messaging, conversations, posts and similar you should use the respective platforms privacy tools to delete your data.
For the informations resulting from the use of the service, including but not limited to posts, comments, upvotes/downvotes etc. you should should use the respective platforms privacy tools to download your data. We cannot provide the deletion of your posts, comments or other similar content since this is not content owned, nor stored by us.
For the informations we automatically collect from the use of the service, including but not limited to IP Address, User Agent (which indicates how did you consumed the content – desktop, mobile browser, mobile application) you should contact us at privacy@rockandmore.ro and follow the procedure specified below.

For any inquiry directed to privacy and your data usage, please contact us via email at privacy@rockandmore.ro and:

Specify if you want your data downloaded, deleted, or both;
Indicate which is your personal data by letting us know which represents your personal data or content which you want us to prepare you for download, or delete
Indicate if you want to download and/or delete the information you gave to us (emails), or the information we collected automatically (website visits, IP Address, User Agent, date/time etc.).
Important. We can provide this for the content under our control (direct communication and the information we collected automatically. For third-party inquiries regarding data download, deletion, device and/or platform permissions removal we suggest you to use the respective third-party privacy policies and tools.

6. Usage termination by the user.
RMR content usage is at sole discretion of the user. If the user stops using the service, or is not permitted to use the service, there is no additional action to be conducted by the user regarding privacy. Depending on what means the user choose to use RMR content, the user might need to perform additional actions, including but not limited to: stop visiting the websites, clear browser cookies associated with RMR websites, uninstall the applications provided to consume RMR content, remove integration with third party platforms. Please consult the respective platforms help documentation about how to remove usage from those platforms.
